Welcome to Flowline. By downloading, installing, or using our application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flowline ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flowline is an AI-powered daily planning application for macOS. It uses artificial intelligence to help you create and manage daily schedules, track focus sessions, and improve productivity.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using your email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Flowline offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription:

• Free: 10 AI messages per day, full access to all other features
• Pro Monthly: $4.99/month — 500 AI messages per day, priority responses
• Pro Yearly: $39.99/year — same as Pro Monthly, billed annually

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the App Store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or proprietary code
• Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage
• Share your account with others or sell access to your account
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or other technical restrictions

6. AI-Generated Content

Flowline uses AI to generate schedule suggestions and planning assistance. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated schedules are suggestions only and not professional advice
• You are responsible for all decisions made based on AI suggestions
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate for your needs

7. Intellectual Property

The Flowline app, brand, design, and code are owned by Flowline and protected by intellectual property law. Your personal data and schedules remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the Service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will meet your specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
